God's Weekend 2009

Friday, February 6, 2009 & Saturday, February 7, 2009

Our guest speaker, Mother Nadine Brown, foundress of the religious community, Intercessors of the Lamb of Omaha, Nebraska, and author of several books, and her associates will teach on fostering interior life, a personal relationship with Jesus, within ourselves and the community, enabling us to become “a house of prayer for all peoples” ( Isaiah 57:7 )

Our 33rd God’s Weekend will begin with prayer at 6PM on Friday evening and end with Eucharistic Liturgy / Mass beginning at 5:15 PM on Saturday. Please plan on attending the entire weekend.

God's Weekend will be held at St Francis de Sales Church, One Guthrie Lane, Morgantown, West Virginia [adjacent to Exit 1 of Interstate 68]. Saturday breakfast and lunch will be provided as well as refreshments during breaks.

Anyone requiring overnight accommodations should call the Comfort Inn at 304-296-9364 before January 31st and mention Light of Life or God’s Weekend to obtain a discounted room rate.
